Your Google data remains under your control.
This policy explains how Terminator K12 Personal AI handles Google user data. The application is privately operated for a single owner and is not offered to other users.
Data accessed
With the owner’s explicit authorization, the application may access Gmail messages, primary Google Calendar events, Google Drive file metadata, selected Google Photos metadata, and Google Contacts names, email addresses, phone numbers and organization details. Google Maps uses a separate API key and does not access Google account data.
Purpose of access
Google data is used only to answer the owner’s requests inside the personal assistant, such as finding an email, reviewing an event, locating a Drive file, viewing selected photo metadata, or finding a contact.
Use and sharing
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with data brokers. It is not used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models. Data is disclosed only when required to operate the owner-requested feature, comply with law, or protect the security of the service.
Storage and security
The application runs on private infrastructure controlled by the owner. OAuth credentials are restricted by operating-system permissions and are mounted read-only only into the service that performs Google tool operations. They are not exposed to the public website.
Retention and deletion
Access tokens and operational records are retained only on the owner’s private infrastructure for as long as needed to operate and audit the assistant. The owner can delete stored credentials and operational records at any time.
Control and revocation
The owner can revoke the application’s Google access at any time from the Google Account permissions page. Revocation prevents further access. Stored credentials can then be removed from the private infrastructure.
Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to the support email displayed on the Google OAuth consent screen.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the application’s data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
